The Boss Collective (TBC) was created to be a support system for women entrepreneurs where they can engage, empower, and evolve. This goal is accomplished through networking, sharing resources, offering encouragement, and providing exclusive content that is catered towards the personal and professional growth of our members.
In this space, B.O.S.S. stands for Believe, Obtain, Support, and Succeed. This is the formula we stand by and the type of community that we intentionally cultivate.
The mission of this community is to bring together like-minded women to network, collaborate and educate each other on their journey to success.
Our vision is to be a nationally recognized platform for women in business. We are a resource that will provide essential knowledge to assist in expanding our members' brands. TBC will host a series of monthly events and annual networking opportunities to further the reach of striving women-preneurs. We would like to establish ourselves as the Networking Capital for women business owners interested in growth, collaboration, and education.
